Bike I ride: 2009 Devinci Ollie
Favorite Trails: Haven't experienced much for trails yet. Plan to update this soon. Wanting to do DH and freeride
About Me: I am interested in all the crazy, intriguing things in life. Storm chasing, herpetology, medical science, art, just to name a few. Not much of a girlie girl =P Must add: a newb to biking. Did lots of biking as a kid and according to my mother, lots of falling. (just mainly rode gravel roads and ditches) Biking accident left me with a totalled ankle and not wanting to bike for five years. Now I am back lol bring it on!

I don't believe that you hardly draw....if you hardly draw you should start to draw more. and if you rode a 27lb kona your not a big girl, also if you only need one season to get fit yor not a big girl, so i win...and GOOD choice on winter riding, i love it. Fall didn't even happen this year, anything to be considerd fall weather has come after the leaves are off the trees, but i'm a four-eyes so i rarely get poked in the eye usually i just plow into trees with my head down so i hit the top of my head instead of my face ( -i love how that is topical conversation) if you ride quite a bit through the winter once you get on pure pavement again your confidence will have gone through the roof. That's too bad about your buddy, it's really just too bad that you didn't go. is it that flu that is kicking everyone in the face? cause i'm pretty sure every person i know has gotten that flu.

did ollie like the trails? probably better than the walk home. and yeah i have been out riding, i am a all season rider so the rain doesn't bother me too much, i actually enjoy certain songs more when it rains i call them "my biking in the rain songs", but i am really likeing what we have for weather now, perfect biking temp. which trails did you take? north side? like by the mendle and trainbridge etc? 37lbs is a fair bit, as i'm guessing your not a "BIG" girl, and that's pretty hefty to try and manuevre. nice though. and long as your out riding. but is the building done for the season out at Blackstrap? take note, trees are softer when there are leaves on them.

i hit trees quite regularly but rareley are they that much bigger than me. i don't mind the beatings, there is pride in pushing your limits even if you do bail, but pride is one of the deadly sins so maybe i should stop...oh well..yeah my parents never thought that $150 walmart bike would turn into this addiction. i don't think anything is worse than pavement, i don't think you'll break a bone if you tumble over on a rock in a garden, or hit a stump or, lamp post(not that i would know) but if you hit asphalt your almost guaranteed a scar and a couple weeks healing eh. either way it was nice to get some good weather, did you get to go ride?

i hate falls on pavement, that is why i am excited to have the snow. but it won't last. i'm gunna try and build some snow jumps this year but never tried that one abike that much, might just dig in and bail but only one way to find out. i had my first confrontation with a tree the other day, Needless to say it won. i think the pound would have good riding, it is right at the base of a huge hill but we just couldn't find anything! so l keep me posted on that voyage.
